I can not contact the Airboss Store. I was looking to round out the parts needed to finish up my York air compressor build and the website does not respond. I hope he's still in business. Any news from anybody?

Good find T'head! :notworthy:

Thanks, that certainly gets me started in the right direction. I don't see where they just sell parts. I'm close with the parts I already have. Still needing a few more.

I've sent a message to CU Off Road to see if they sell parts along with their OBA kits.

When I built my oba system, I got parts from various industrial hardware outfits like Grainger and Mcfadden Dale hardware. Also junkyard, local hardware stores, and 4wd warehouses.

I have most of what I need, but he had some specialty items ... like nice neat elbows that attach to a York compressor. Hoses that can take the heat of not only compressed air but the engine compartment as well.

We have a local Grainger, but I'd have to skip out for a long lunch to get the parts. That is probably what I'm going have to do. Their website is not well put together. For instance I know they have an electrical pressure shut off valve, I can't seem to find the one I'm looking for. I'd like a 130 PSI pop off valve, can't find that either. I know they have both in the store.

I figure, Hey, the Transmission will be out, its a perfect time to muck up a potentially perfectly frustrating time by adding one more thing to the list of things to do. At least the installing the pressure tank part which should be a piece of cake.

By the way C U Off Road hasn't answered my email yet.

C U Off Road responded but they were scrubbed off into the junk can. Their response wasn't very helpful. They want part numbers, but without a catalog of their parts numbers are hard to come by. They also like Paypal I don't use Paypal. I couldn't use the $720 in Starbucks Gift Cards or the Airline Tickets I bought or more correctly DID NOT BUY.

Ben thinkin' about going to a regular AC shop that lanes their own hoses and having them crimp up what is needed.
