leaf spring upgrade on '79 CJ5 4.2

i've heard that the best spring upgrade is with YJ leafs? Anyone know more about this upgrade, if there is a particular package that would have all of the parts, and, one that required the least amount of modifying to make it work???

Im running OME springs (heavy's) and the entire "kit" came from Rocky Road. Everything needed came in the box.
