Merry Christmas everyone.

I don't think people say that as often as they used to. Nowadays I hear people say "Happy Holidays" not knowing what religion I am. I think they are worried they may offend me if I am not a Christian and they were to say "Merry Christmas".
People get offended too easy nowadays. If any of the Jewish members of Jeep-CJ.com want to wish me a Happy Chanukah, go ahead. I won't be offended.

Once again MERRY CHRISTMAS!:)

Merry Christmas everyone.

Merry Christmas everyone!!

The world is a lot more complicated than it should be.
I have no problem with Ramadan, Chanukah, Tết, Cinco de Mayo, st Patric's day or first Monday.
A bunch of us got together a long time ago and decided to celebrate the birthday of some one that tried to teach us how to make the world a better place and for his trouble he got nailed to a tree. Some how things got confused some where a long the way.
The only person I have any control over is myself, I will choose to keep the reason for the season alive on my little piece of the world and hope you will too. :)

Merry Christmas everyone :chug:

A little Christmas story.
Way back in 1960, I was stuck on a little rock in the Aleutian Islands. It was Christmas Eve, and I had orders to go home, but it would be another couple of weeks before I could fly out. This would be my first Christmas away from home, and I was really feeling low. One of the guys who worked/volunteered with me at the AFRS radio station managed to scrounge what was left of the trimmed top of a Christmas tree that had been flown out for the O club. We made a little stand for it and set it on top of the transmitter console. Crushed some beer cans and cut out a star for the top and some ornaments, and used GI sewing kits to string together a popcorn chain to drape it, and rigged up a couple of lights with colored paper over them to shine on it. You could see this scrawny little tree from the road that passed in front of the station, and guys started coming in for a closer look. We laughed together, sang carols together, and drank many toasts to the season and each other. That was 50 years ago, and the Christmas I will always remember.
Merry Christmas to all, and especially to those who are in the service of our country. May God Bless You and bring you home safely.

Away from home in a far away land I opened a care package to find a tiny premade Christmas tree and a big box of homemade chocolate chip cookies made by someone back home my buddies and I setup a spot for the tree and ate cookies, laughed, and told lies.
It was a good day. :)

I spent 8 Christmases in a row away from home but those care packages always got me thru.

Its christmas night all the presents are opened the paper bagged up, the kids have been playing all day with no nap. Moms in the kitchen scurbing the pots, and I'm sitting here on my little lap top...on jeep-cj.com :D

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL...AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!!
