My nephew

Back in October, my 11 year old nephew, Mikey had a stroke. It was caused by AVM ( AVM or Cerebral arteriovenous malformation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) He is doing ok. He is still having some issues though.

ANYWAY, he is doing the Heart Walk in OKC. He is trying to get donations and team members. I have joined the team also. I am asking ya'll to check these links, and I know that times are hard for everyone, but if you can, please consider donating. My sisters goal is to help. My goal is to help Mikey reach his goals. And to let everyone know that strokes dont make appointments, and they dont just visit old people.

I mentioned Tinker because of Oklahoma City. He isnt here in Illinois like he should be... with me.... Shhh....he is my favorite!

Been away from this site for a few days, just got back. Glad to hear your nephew is doing well.`You can't understand how things like this affect a family until you go through it. I am donating, and hope all you will help. Even if we all just donate $5 it can make a big difference.
