My rear shackle hanger came unbolted!

Well I am not sure what happened but it looks like the bolt fell out on the pass side and on the driver side the bolt is loose and when I try to tighten it it just spins. SO that is some bad hat. I am slightly at a loss on how to fix it. It looks like i need to replace the nut inside the frame. My general plan is to drop the tank so i can get to the bolts that hold my Bumperettes and then just drill a hole straight through the cross member under the tail gate. I doubt I will be able to get it big enough to get a wrench in there but may I can get enough grip on the bolts to tighten something back up?

DOes anyone have any ideas?

This is the point at which you need to be able to weld... you need a new nut in there and it needs to be welded in place
