Wanted to share especially with all the veterans out there. We are in Great Lakes, IL this weekend for my nephew's graduation Navy boot camp. Saw a fabulous and moving ceremony today. Now he ships off to A-School in Pensacola.

I've been Marine graduation ceremony. It is an inspiring event. :patriot:

Update: Sailor man comes home today. He finished A school and will have a home port of San Diego on the new USS America (not finished yet).

We are very proud, he gets home tonight actually and will have leave for a week or so before he reports.

I maintained both fix wing and helo flight simulators as well as taught the flight students in both...Tradevman which has since been deleted and made a civilian job
 
Congrats to your son! I just went over 20 in the Coast Guard and have no plans of retiring anytime soon...

I hope he has a great career!
