Need measurement help

I was told my springs were 2.5". After putting them on, plus 3/8 shackles, and also a one inch body lift I measured the center of the hub to the lip of the fender flare to be 24"! Does this seem like alot to anyone else? would love to see what someones stock cj measures.. starting to think they were 3 or 4 inch springs. Any input is helpful even if you can measure with your lift on... thanks!!

just checked mine.
6 year old, well broken in 4" superlift springs,
stock lenght shackles, and 1" BL.
Mine is real close to 24" also.
Your springs will settle some with time and use.
