hello guys. i really need help as far as my 84 CJ7 suspension. i bought the jeep with 36" humvee tires and a "lift" job. i think these shackles were homemade. it has a body lift of 2". it also has a bent leaf spring as shown in pic. i want to replace all 4 leaf springs but didnt know what exactly to get. i really need clearance of the tires and the front ones still rub a little. is there any way i can purchase bigger or longer shackles and also use some kind of blocks on the leaf springs to lift it up more. here is some pictures. please help a jeeper out. greatly thankful for inputs

You need a 4" lift (springs). Keep the new shackles to no more than 1" lift
or you will have streeing problems. Even with the 2" body lift you will still
get tire rubbing with 36's as the wheel openings are not big enough. You
will need to do some trimming to open them up some. (the back of the front and the back of the rear)
some people use tj flairs and trim the body to fit them.
As you have a spring under axle, blocks would lower it not raise it.

While you have this apart, pull this diff:

and wire-wheel it to remove all that rust before it gets too bad

I've used 1.25" shackles (5 1/2" bolt to bolt center) for years without steering problems. But I wouldn't go more than 1 1/2" shackles. And I would also replace the stock hangers with some beefed up aftermarket ones.
