New water pump for engine rebuild

I realize I'll get a wide spectrum of answers here, but that's OK. It helps me make my own decision. I am upgrading many parts on a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l inline 6 that is at a machine shop getting a rebuild. One part that garners special attention for me is the water pump. There are many good manufacturers out there so I'd like to see your opinions on who you feel makes the best one for an '85 CJ7 . Thank you in advance for your time and thoughts on this matter.

Make sure you tell them that or it will be a wrong rotation if its a v belt water pump.

Compare the new one with the old one to make sure it turns the right way.

I run a Brassworks FlowKooler on all my V8s. When I need one for the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l I'll go that route. They work great and last forever.
