Oil Pan Gasket

I know this discussion has been battled on here before but would like to get some current experiences on the matter.
I am getting ready to reinstall my 360 oil pan and dont know which application I should use, I have read a million different forums and threads but they are all over the charts....cork gasket alone? ultra black rtv alone? combination of both? another type of sealeant? Seals All? Please let me know your experiences good or bad!!

I have always stuck the cork gasket on the block with RTV for a little while, same with end seals. then added more RTV on top and torqued pan to spec. Seems to work well for me.

Per the recommendations on here I've used Permatex's Right Stuff with great success. Didn't use it on my pan, only because I had the option of the Fel-Pro one piece, but on diff and valve covers
