I have replaced the Oil pressure sending unit to the OEM unit. I notice that while I’m idle the needle fluctuates or vibrates a bit. Just want to make sure it is ok and it is not a faulty oil pressure gauge.

If its still the factory gauge that's what Id expect. Thats why you see new gauges advertising both "air core" and liquid filled.
