What are the part numbers for the new cap, rotor and adapter to upgrade my dizzy?
 
A 1982 F-AMC 150 6cyl will get you the correct parts

Plug wires
Premium distributor cap and rotor-- duralast f960 cap adapter
F2104g dist cap
 
Not sure what all that adds up to, but here's an alternate way.
