So it's time to put new brake rotors on the front.....as the studs are pressed into the hubs....
My opinion is to just buy new hubs (everything is factory original as far as I can tell) New studs. And if I can afford it pick up some warn locking hubs.
Anything else I should ponder getting? I figure I'd get some new bearings, it's been a while since I've ripped into this kind of project so just want to make sure I have what I need to minimize multiple trips to a parts store lol Plus making sure I have any "hard to find" items on hand.
Or should I make an attempt to press off the rotors from the hubs (are they pressed on?) and just reuse/regrease what's there and roll with it.
I know me....and when it comes to stuff like this I end up messing up getting things pressed off and back on and really don't want to spend hours (don't have a press) trying to find new ways to use my bench vise lol
So whatcha think? get all new gear and start from scratch? I think I'm leaning that way.....
