Hello all, this is my first post. Does anyone know how to determine what exactly the color of their jeep is, Vin maybe?? Mine is an 83 CJ7 Renegade with the original paint and decals on the hood and decals going down the side of the body. Its dark blue and the decals are light blue and white. Its in need of a new tub etc and I would like to try get it to look as close to original as I can. I did some research and I think a site said midnight blue but that seemed darker. Anyway any help would be great, thank you. Ill try to get a picture up.

Yes the paint code is on the data plate on the fire wall if memory serves me correctly
