I am looking for what size port this is on the intake manifold so i can plug it. Has anyone ran into this?

It looks like 3/8" or 1/2" NPT (hard to tell by using your finger as a gauge and it's NPT because the adaptor is not bottomed out) but why not get a couple of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT plugs @ the hardware store? They are very cheap and it never hurts to have a few laying around.

Why do you want to plug it? That's a water jacket port for temp gauge

That it is... I don't question why :) I just answer... :chug:
Maybe not used anymore?

If not used just leave the temp gauge in place and it's already plugged

I need to pull out the gauge in the dash and just looking to not lose a lot of antifreeze while i have it out.
Snip the wire it just attaches to a probe. There's no antifreeze in there just an inert gas to operate the gauge

Or if you want to reuse the gauge clamp the heater hose on both ends of the manifold then you will only lose what tiny bit is in the manifold
