I need to replace my power steering belt because it squeaks. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the old belt loose. I don't see anything that looks like a pivot point on the mounting bracket and what is there does not look the same as what is in the FSM. The mounting bracket looks totally different. I think it has to be aftermarket but I can't see any identifying markings on the pump housing at all.
I spent about an hour looking around this morning without success. I am stumped. Has anybody seen this setup before?
I have a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l with a two belt system and no AC.

Loosen all the bolts at/near the pump and put a ratchet in the sq drive cut out, and it should move.
How do you know it's the PS belt?
Did you spray water on it to confirm?

Loosen, but not remove correct?

I did the soapy water test and the alternator belt is new.
