Puting a Full seat over the gas tank in a 65' CJ5

I got a 65' CJ5 . I want to put a full back seat with a 3 to 5 point harness. but my obsticale is the Gas tank is under the driver seat. I have a clue on one way i can do it but i would like to have more options to think about so i can find out the best and less costly way to do so. Ill appricate your input
