Rancho springs and shocks

After wiping off some spray paint from my springs I discovered the number 44092 and a faint Rancho on my front springs, not sure about the rear yet.
Anybody know anything about them? I can't tell what shocks other than Rancho, no adjustment knob on them.
I have no idea of the age of them.

Good question. I just discovered I have the same Rancho springs (same part #) and Rancho shocks. Any info on these parts would be appreciated.
