Body Rear body trim

Anybody know what this trim piece is on the back of my 1980 CJ5 ? The upper holes for the spare tire go through it. I had taken this one off to fix the damage, it was in worst shape than it looks in the pic, and it disappeared. I haven’t been able to find something online but I’m probably not calling it the right thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Classic Enterprises makes an entire replacement rear panel, you could talk to them and find out if get just top panel.
