Rear crossmember

Have new crossmember, just unsure what is involved. Is there welding required? Is it a pain in the butt? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!

It would be stronger to weld it in. I have seen some you just bolt in. You will have to drop the fuel take to get to the center bolts. That can be a challenge but a floor jack and blocks can get it done. The hardest part I had was getting the fuel filler and vent hose on and off. Not much room to work with your hands.
