I guys. I just revamped my dash with a gauge cover, Autometer angle trim rings, and a centrapod speaker...looks great. But now my old heater controls look terrible next to them.
The aluminum replacement knobs are tempting but I really like the look of the originals, which means replacing the whole cable. Seems easy enough (that has gotten me in trouble before )...but how do you remove the little "buttons" on the arms so the cable end will slide over them?
Sorry for the stupid question...just want to know what I'm getting into first. Many thanks.
