After the late summer storms have ripped up the Northern Mojave Desert and it has finally cooled down, the club that I belong to heads out for a few days for some great wheelin'. I have reported on this trip before:

This time things were a bit different:
This is just part of Jeeping, and I have seen it before. No doubt you have too. From what I have gathered, there was extensive damage from the recent storms and the land managers decided to close this and the trail next to it, which is called Last Chance Canyon. So we made the best out of what was still open.
