Good morning,

I worked on the CJ5 all weekend, I got the steering fixed, I thought the brakes were fixed but this morning I have no brake pressure again. I can pump it up, but the first pushed are to the floor and spongy. I have no fluid comming from anywhere that I can find, any Ideas??

I also replaced the shocks all around but I am still sagging left rear low, I guess the next step on that is to replace the springs.

Danno,
I just bled mine yesterday after installing new SS lines, wheel cylinders, calipers and master cylinder.
Did you put a clamp on the proportioning valve to hold that little button in? I forgot to do that with mine, and had the same problem you describe. Also recheck all of your fittings, as it is possible for the system to have a leak that can suck air without leaking fluid (I found that out the hard way too). Let me know how you make out.

Sounds like you have air in the lines. Start bleeding from the right rear, then left rear, then to the right front, and finally the left front. The idea is to start from the furthest and end at the nearest brake. When you bleed, NEVER "PUMP" the pedal. Instead, just push gently down as far as it will go, have someone crack the bleeder, tighten, then SLOWLY bring the pedal to the top again, and repeat. "pumping" the pedal only slams air into the fluid and causes aeration of the fluid, and although it may seem OK, after it sits for a few hours, the air will settle out of the fluid and the pedal will be on the floor again.

You might be right about springs being next. I would also check the body mounts in the rear to be sure they are not rusted away and letting it sag.
When I got mine the mounts looked like they were there but you could move the body, as it was rusted away under the mount.

Sorry to hear you have no brake pressure that is a pain! Yeah I agree with what others have said about checking all your fittings again. It's amazing what you can miss and it could be something that is easily fixed.
