Bearings, Trans Fluid, and More!Bearing Breakdown
I’m in a jam. I have an ’80 CJ7 with a stock disc brake Dana 30 front. In the process of updating and replacing hubs, pads, calipers, brake lines, bearings, and seals I failed to take notice of which bearing and seal set was installed in the inner and outer. Does the PN 501310 race pair-up with the PN 501349 bearing in the outer hub? Or would I use the PN 102910 race with PN 102949 bearing in the inner hub and rotor assembly? My Chilton manual shows pictures, but isn’t specific on what is what.
