I finally put engine on snd added a little extra weight to simulate Transmission body etc. I torqued the new shackle bolts to spec per mfg. note the very slight bend in the shackles due to the length of the center pin. I don’t think this will be a problem but unsure. The line you may see on them is from the mfg it is not a crack

I'm wondering if the shackle mount on the frame was changed to a YJ mount. Look at the front of my Jeep before I started to work on it. The shackle mount is the same width as the spring mount.

No. I'm the original owner. The new shackles are not oem. They are mountain off road. With a slight lift. The oem only have two bolts. These have 3 and it appears that the center sleeve is just a little long. This forces a little bow in them. If it is a problem I will replace with oem and forego the little lift
 
The front shackles should tilt/angle toward the front and the rear towards the rear.
You can use washers as shims, for the bending in deal.

If the center is removeable just shave them down some to match the width of the spring.
