I have a CJ5 with 4" of lift. I am running 33x12.5x15's. I am looking for new shocks and am not sure what to buy. There are so many choices out there. I use it for a daily driver and am not sure how much off road time I will get. Anybody have any suggestions.

i would look into bilstiens. great shocks.

How much are you looking to spend? Bilstein are good, but also pricey. Rancho are good low end.

I'm gonna give the Black Diamond shocks a try. I'll let you know how it turns out.

black diamond ride like a spong

is that a good thing or a bad thing??

LOL. They are not starting off to good. They sent me a used shock. The bushing were still in there and the bottom one had been cut.

depends how much you value your kidneys:bounce::bounce::bounce:

I heard a rumor about how a lot of these 4x4 part places buy a bunch of cheap shocks painted white that's "probably" why most shocks come with no label on it but just in box it s easy to add different color boots to make it look authentic (But is it?)
