Just wondering which of these 2 to go with. Have heard that superlift springs come from overseas? Both of these manufactures ar within 30 miles of me.

I would give the edge to Superlift, personally I would say they are both mid range suspensions. Hopefully you get good customer service with whatever you decide to use, you might run into issues later on. I would think it would be a good idea to visit the factory and get an education on leaf springs since you live locally, btw. A later model CJ should have at least 5 leaves on each spring.

Not on CJ but I had a Superlift on my rig before and it started to sag after 5 months. About Skyjacker, I heard good reviews about it.

I had a Superlift 4" lift on my 83 CJ7 for about 8 years, it held up well I believe, it might have lost about 1" in that time.
It was kinda stiff at first but rode well after it got broken in.
I only changed it because I went to 2 1/2" wide springs in the front.

Looks like Skyjacker is where I am headed, talked with both companies this week Skyjacker seemed more helpful, plus a discount over the counter also this Friday is our 2nd amendment tax free weekend. The jeep is a hunting item right (always huntin for parts)

I've been running Superlift 4" springs for almost 10 years and am happy with them. These were used when I got them, but needed a little break-in. I do extreme rockcrawling with this Jeep and the springs have been spectacular....no sag, good flex.
