New member and new Jeep owner here. I just bought a project ‘84 CJ7 . It came with many new parts that have not been installed. The spring are what I believe to be 4” lift springs. I do not want to lift that much and I’m planning on 2.5” lift. But I’m not even sure what the new springs are. Can anyone help identify them?

Those are BDS. Pretty sure they’re 4”, but the numbers on yours don’t seem to match the current stock numbers. Might give them a call to confirm.

Thanks for your help. That’s what I thought but same issue with the part number. I’ll give them a call today. The springs measure 8.5” from center of the mounting holes to the top of the spring mounting pad.

If BDS can't confirm the part #, try 4WD Hardware. Not sure if they still do, but they used to sell their own branded lift kits and such.

I tried 4WD because of the part number. They were not helpful to the point of rude. They don’t have to worry about me calling again. Lol
If they are 4” lift which I suspect I will put them on eBay since I’m too new to list here. What is a fair price? They are definitely never installed but have some scratches from being moved around. Thanks!
