Alright, Im seriously considering doing the spring over axle conversion. I really want more clearance and to run 35's. I know its a little pricey to do it correctly but I think im willing to pay the price. (Buy once cry once.) Does anybody have any info on how to do this the CORRECT way?? I just dont want to slap on yj spring and call it good. Any links, write ups, books or just some knowledge from those who have done it? Thanks for the help

You will need to consider, the lift (perches), steering (drop pittman or high steer), shocks (moving mounts off u bolt plate down to axle for travel in rear at minimum)- I also extended front, drive line angle (CV driveshaft and pointing pinion up toward transfer), camber in the front (I pointed a few degrees up toward transfer), brake line extension (I did 6" but is a little overkill).

My 4" drop pitmman works great, my angle of axles are great (no wobble or anything). There are lots of corners you can cut like not doing front shock mounts or using a drop transfer vs CV shaft and pointing pinion up.
But as I progressed, I decided the same, I wanted to do it right. :chug:
