spring question

well started taking the jeep apart, fenders, grill, hood, off and was looking at the front springs, someone has changed the right spring, its 2 inches wide, left is 1 3/4, right has 6 leafs, and left has 4, they moved the right spring hanger back an inch or two. this little project is getting bigger by the minute. ok so was wondering what manual i should get that can help me as a reference to put things back the way it should be, if that makes sense.

Sounds like a later model spring was grafted on...
