I was looking into replacing my bushings on my 1975 CJ5 . The question I have is- I have a aftermarket superlift. The spring eyes seem to be much bigger than the main eye on the frame in the front of the jeep. I called QuadraTrac and asked if it made a difference with the aftermarket springs and he did not think it did. Also the main eyes on the frame look out-of - round. Like they have been beat on. It looks like it would be a bear to get new round bushings back inside of the eyes. Sorry if this seems like a strange question - but any help would be great

Almost all aftermarket springs use bushings the same size as OEM. I doubt SuperLift is any different.
The only issue I see is some rubber bushings use a metal collar outside the bushing. If the replacement bushing doesn't fit see if there is still a metal collar in the spring eye.

I have suoerlift springs on my CJ7 , I bought replacement bushings and they fit fine. Your right though the bushings are not all the same size.
