I just finished the PS conversion and everything works fine . After driving for a few minutes I have a small leak coming from the adjuster nut on top of the box. Its a used box from e-bay. I have read where it just needs a new nut. Anyone with any experience with this same problem? Also I may have overfilled the resevoir when I was bleeding the system.

Hey RTRCJ7 ,
I just had that same problem. All you need to do is remove the lock nut and replace with a new one. For extra sealing I put an O ring under the nut. Also , be careful because the threads on the adjuster had rusted and pitted over the years so make sure you clean the threads before attempting to take the nut off and also do a thorough cleaning with solvent and wire brush on the threads before installing the new nut. Hope this helps.

Are you answering your own question?

I guess so , mostly just to inform anyone else that has the same problemo :)
Oh....O.K. but remember there's some old guys on here and they might start talking to themselves too if it's seen as normal.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with us old guys talking to ourself. It's just a problem when you argue with yourself ... and lose the argument.

just need to have an intelligent conversation from time to time.

Most of us are in here for the same reason we own CJ's, It's fun. Once in a while someone crosses the line and gets snapped at but for the most part we make an effort to act like gentlemen. the questions always get answered, eventually, and a little foolishness happens. :D
