Hey guys i am in the process of a complete restore on my 74 CJ5 . I have what appears to be a steering column that came out of a early ninetys chevy c/k truck that came out of it. It was an automatic and they have rippied all the wiring and ignition switch out of it and the column is loose and quite frankly looks like 
. I am wanting to clean it up a bit and after close inspection I think I may be better off starting with something a little better and one that had a manual Transmission . I know alot of guys use these early nineties columns from gm trucks, does anyone know of any other options? Also the power steering pump brackets are rigged horribly. Does anyone have any pics of a early seventies jeep power steering pump mounted properly? Thanks
