steering shaft clamp

i have a 1982 CJ7 . i replaced the steering gearbox, and the steering shaft. niether one of those items came with the little clamp and bolt that locks the shaft onto the gearbox splines. does anyone know where i can get that clamp? Dodge dealer says he cant get it, quadratec says they dont have them..
