I'm looking for steps for my CJ7 restomod. I really don't want the nerf bars, and I want something more period correct than the rocksliders.

I've scrounged EBay with no luck for the factory type, so I'm looking for something small and unobtrusive that looks "right" for the early 80's. I also need them to be functional, as the pregnant dwarf (AKA wife) can't get in it as is (small lift and bigger tires coming up next week).

Anyone got any ideas?

Those are a nice style, but my butt has been stinging since I saw the price! Looks like some fabbing is on the horizon.
