Swing and a miss.

So I’ve myself quite the dilemma. While rebuilding my steering column the tab on the plastic shroud broke. So the spring that seats on it for the key release lever is not working. Thus the key won’t come out of the cylinder. I really don’t want to have to buy a new or used column but have been coming up empty trying to find a replacement shroud. Anybody have an idea where I may get one?
