The diet is going pretty well so far. Im ok with it. Its just eating alot different. I had a really poor diet. Now I know what fruits and vegetables are. And I even know how some taste.
And after over a month I definately feel better. Enough to add bicycling into it.

By far, the majority of the people that use our site are guests looking for info. In the last 24 hours we have had 188 members log in but 3322 guests on our site.
Just some meaningless data to go with the meaningless drivel.

I've never used that search to find members before.
It took me a minute to find the links you were talking about.
Click on the members link
On the right side of the Members page lick on the link that says "Search Members".
Then click on the link that says "Advanced Search"
That's where you get to the page that allows you to search for all kinds of criteria.
I always wondered how many members we have here in Colorado.
Now I can search for all members from Colorado that have a mod that includes an OX (locker).
Now I can look up all kinds of interesting useless information.
