hey guys.. so as stated before i was originally getting a 73 CJ5 but that fell through on the day i was going to get it, so a month goes by and i go look at a 81. me and buddy even were involved a accident going to look at it lol... his jeep survived and by 10pm that night after looking it over and hearing it run, $800 later title in hand she was mine. it does have a rebuilt AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l , newish bestop seats, bikini top, and two soft tops, 4 speed shifts pretty good, weather worn 30x9.5 lol, it is lifted at best 4" by who still looking into that one it used to be a dark blue but is now flat black, she does need to work in area of the body after some further investigating but nothing that is crazy bad, all in all for my first cj. it should be a great project
