Couple questions: Do you have power steering already or Manual? Basically, what is your current set-up?
I have a tilt steering wheel on my 74 CJ5 ... I'll try to see if at the least i can find some pics of it. PO did it or PPO?? Not sure, but I think if you find a S-10's GM Tilt it would work. More knowledgeable folks here will chime in...
Like i said I'll try to remember to take some pics and load em later this afternoon, after work...
Love the tilt on mine, lets me get in easier, and still pop the wheel down where i like it for driving...
So it is possible, but might require some serious customizing... Or at the least a good start from a loner truck.

Silver paint with black hard top on 33" radials & eagle alumium rims. Good looking ride and have done lots of work to make it look and run great.
Stock equipment is 258 carb, power brakes, power steering, hard top & hard doors (per vehicle gross weight) tilt steering wheel, big brake package with large rotars & drums, T18 Trans with low 6.4 granny gear, Dana 20 transfer, Dana 30 front axle, Dana 44HD rear axle with 3.73 gears. True Trac ft & rear.
I was around jeeps in the 70's and drove a 1973 Jeep Truck. My family had 4 jeeps at the time. We also joined a jeep club back then too. So about 6 years ago looked for a Jeep CJ and found the vehicle above.
Jeep used GM colums. GM colum from the same time period of late 70s and 80's will work. Cars and trucks..... they are much less expensive too. The jeep versions can get very expensive.

So (If they load right) these are some pics of my tilt steering column. I know its a GM column, but as far as what the power steering box, column etc is from I'm not sure... Like i said seen a lot of people saying the S-10 components are good, some say the Camero and such will have too sensitive of steering, and end to end ratio pretty close for s-10's, better than that of a camero's... I believe i have read some pretty good posts on this site detailing that all better than i can...
