i own a CJ6 with power steering .At parking speed and when turning i get a major judder and loud squealing . The car handles fine on the road. Any suggestions??

Tell us more about your Jeep. Do you have new tires? What size? Lockers? I assume you are in 2WD. Even then a locker will turn both tires the same speed and squeal your tires.
It could be front end alignment. When drive in a very tight circle to the right the right front tire will be going in a smaller circle than the left. A little slippage would be normal. Since you describe a lot of slippage your front end might have too much toe out.

My first thought is that your in 4wd.
Is the judder from the front or the rear?

Is your fan belt tight on the power steering pump? If so, check to see if the fan belt is glazed and needs replaced? What's a judder?

A judder is a cyclic motion.....it only happens at parking speeds and is from the front. The noise is not tyre squealing ..it is almost a tinny sound.
I have just fitted 31in tyres (Goodyear destination ) and car previously had 33in with same problem.
What are 'lockers'?
I know the toe in is ok as I just went through and adjusted it to 3mm .
I know I am in 2wd ..i have front wheels hub locks in 4by2 and also have the transfer box in 2wd and the drive shaft rotates freely.
Will check re the comment on fan belt..never thought of that one one..but could not create a judder.

Jeffgtoman..you are a beauty of a bloke .You set me on the right path. I took one look at the pulleys and fan belt.....latter was loose and former were out of alignment.
After 2 hours of buggering about and using spacer washers and a good lever to tension the belt ..the squeal and the judder have gone.
..and it all makes sense as the judder came back through the steering from the loss of hydraulic pressure when the belt slipped.
How on earth did the previous owner live with this???
...and it cost me only labo(u)r....
Thanks for the advice.
