Tranny sm465, sm425

so i was reading up on the novak conversions page and noticed these 2 trannys. There is one here on sale by where i live, but wanted to get peoples ideas, or experiences, or what they have heard about these 2 transmissions?
i heard its pretty much bolt up with an amc and whats what i have
258i AMC20 , 33s, 4in lift, 84 CJ7 ,
