Transmission swap confusion.

So the PO owner swapped in a T-18 Transmission into my 85 CJ7 . There was a problem with the starter and flywheel clashing. So today I pulled the Transmission . What was weird was that there were only four bolts holding the bellhousing on. On the block I see holes for five. Now I did find one of the dowel pins missing. I ordered new ones so that should be ok. Problem is is that on the bellhousing I see holes for seven bolts. The PO also did not have the plate between the block and the bellhousing in but gave me one. It won’t match up to the holes at all. I’ve never done this swap so I don’t know if when it was done the bellhousing had to be replaced as well or if it is a stock bellhousing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
