Ok I installed the weber 32/36 on my '85 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l and then did the nutter bypass. I don't have to worry about emissions so what all can I get rid off (vacuum lines) and keep the jeep running right? My charcoal canister has 2 broken inlets so I would like to get rid of that too. Also can I lose the large hoses that connected to the bottom of the old air filter housing??
Thanks,

What is the nutter bypass?

When I put on the fuel injection basically same thing your doing I got rid of about 1/2 the wires under there. You just got to trace them out one by one.I would eliminate a few of the emission wires then start it and make sure it run.Keep doing it that way till they were off. Then tucked the wires back for future use.Hopefully someone might have a faster way.
Good Luck Mike
