Hello! Thanks! I am in the middle of a mystery, leaking oil pan gasket. I've installed a new Fel Pro, still leaking. Need some help!

Did you check the rear main seal ?

yes I installed a new rear main, it was tight but I greased it and worked it in without using a punch so Im pretty sure I didn't damage it. I put the pan gasket up and permatexed the corners and bolted into place and left it overnight to cure. I think my mistake occurred when I went to install the pan, one of the hold up snaps broke off and fell into the pan. I had to break the seal to get the hold up snap out. Do y'all think the broken seal and then putting the gasket back in place over cured permatex might be the problem?
