Stopped by one of friends, friends pizza joint on the way to the track tonight... This was parked out side. The owner of the pizza place drives it all the time.

Definitely different! It's on a shortened truck frame... :)

interesting kind of like it.

Boy Id like to hear the story behind that.
We talked for a good hour...

46 front clip with the original 46 running gear (dana 27)... The front clip was grafted to a truck frame and single spring leafs were put on with... Rear coil overs! It looked pretty cool (didn't get a pic of that)... :)

It's all diamond plate and such (check out the shot of the dash! It's black burber carpet!) :)

The engine is out of a firebird - carbed Chevy...

It was great talking wit the owner....

I was trying to pick out what was what. That steering colum most likely made it over from the Firebird also. Is that top from the Jeep also and just stretched over the square tube like that?

looks like the one I saw over on jeepforum. I kinda like them both might have to change one of the project jeeps to a one-seater

These guys really like diamond plate.:D

Idea for a new contest. Whoever figures out what is sticking out the right side of the jeep by the door. Looks like a bike rack?

Thats easy...thats the quick-access gun racks for hunting. There is one on both sides.

You can tell the owner of that jeep is not married. No way in hell I would put a gun in a quick access rack on my wifes side of the jeep! :D

I like this little buggy, nice cage work, looks fun as hell, sure beats a side by side!
Do you think he had to cut the axels to narrow them?

I was thinking the axles on this one were stock width, like early cj style. I still have a CJ5 frame out here, and tbis would make an interesting project! :)

;) I think you might have your "Super Bogger" waiting to be built!
You could try to keep it as close to frame wide as possible, or narrow it to just a tick wider than you headers on a 360!
That would be a seriously fun toy

Hello

Great. Thanks for sharing this. Is that top from the Jeep also and just stretched over the square tube like that? Its looks very different type jeep.

Thanks
Have a nice time a head.
