What to take off next to stop TC vibration??

I started the below thread while upgrading the springs and shocks with a Rusty's 4" lift kit. After installing the kit, I drove it to a local shop to have the alignment worked on and noticed a lot of vibration from the back end.

Setup is this, it had a 2" body lift and the shackles did not look like default shackles before the lift. Should I take go smaller with the shackles or remove the body lift to see if they help with the vibration?? The rear leaves have the shim installed BTW.
I see several articles about getting a CV drive shaft, but seeing if there is a cheaper option until I can drop some cash on the CV...
