What products do you guys/gls use to keep the seats, etc. clean & oiled?

I don't use any specific products. All you really need is some soap and water, because after all, if you outdoor often, cleaning gets pointless.
I would buy a seat cover if the cleaning gets tiresome. A google search found Jeep Seat Covers – Custom Fit Cheap and Best Jeep Seat Covers by Coverking seems that they sell customized covers for a wide range of models.

CD, since I never had an interior on my CJ worth keeping, I would follow JeepFANATICZ advice. Good soap and water - maybe followed by a light coat of Armorall or something...

To keep the seats clean I use a Large contractor grade trash bag.
And a water hose to rinse it out.
My whole interior is rhino lined, lol. Well for the most part.
