Wrangler frame vin?

Does a yj wrangler frame have a vin stamped on it? I found a sweet deal on a frame and body but since i like not needing emissions on my year jeep I war to use my vin tags. I have a different frame on my jeep now but this would be a slightly more obvious swap making a CJ5 titled vehicle look like a 7.

I would rely on the fact that most Dot workers would not know a CJ7 form a GPW.
And unless pulled over for a stolen vehicle, when would a Vin check happen anyway.

Do what I do. don't say anything. I have a 95 YJ tube and just swaped my rusted CJ7 frame for a beter one.
