I have a 95 wrangler org. 4cl I put in a 93 Cheerokee 6cly. I took out the harnesses, and left the fuse box from the cab and scraped the cher. Whoops. Well I hooked most everything up in the wrangler with the 4cly box in the cab and my brake lights stay on full time, nothing else works, Any ideas?????
Thanks and merry christmas!

get a wiring diagram for each vehicle so you know what was supposed to go where, then change whatever is needed to make them compatible.

Thanks.
Anything else?

Unless you are savy with a meter - your going to need a diagram of both vehicles (as baker said). You need to compare the circuits...

Unplug the wire from the brake switch, if the lights go out your switch is out of adjustment or you have a bad switch. If the lights stay on you most likely have a problem in your column wiring.

Whenever we do wiring like this we go with a fuse box from Centech. Its nice because you wire back to the fuse box so its much cleaner looking.
