WTB 255 Dauntless engine

Hi I am Looking for a Buick V-6 255 Dauntless Buick 225 V6 engine for my 68 CJ5
was wondering if anybody has any good info or can point me in the right direction to locate one. Thanks Jim Fox

If you can't find a Dauntless Buick 225 V6 a Buick 231 is basically the same engine with a few more CC's. I put one in a '80 CJ5 , it was a great engine.

Please don't take this the wrong way - Jeep-CJ is a great forum..but there aren't quite as many members (yet) with the older CJ's. Check EarlyCJ5.net. This is also a good forum.

I have a Buick 231 complete with accessories, brackets etc. It will need a rebuild as it had a slight knock at higher revs. Ran good though. I found another so I swapped it out. I'm in No. CA. so not sure if you want to travel for it. $200 complete.
